Pre-school dance: The introduction of proper movement to fun and age appropriate music, taught by a positive and encouraging instructor. We offer combination classes for our preschoolers that consist of:  ballet & tap, jazz & tap, ballet & tumbling, ballet & jazz. This class will cover a proper stretch, technique across the floor, combinations and a dance routine that will be performed at the annual recital which takes place in June of each year.


Recreational dance: Recreational classes are non-team, non-competitive classes that students take for the joy of dancing. We offer recreational jazz, tap, ballet, lyrical, acro and tumbling. Recreational dancers can take one or more classes throughout the week. Dancers will perform in the annual recital which takes place in June of each year.


Company dance: Company dance is for students that train several hours a week and audition to be part of a competitive team that represents Balletto’s Dance Company. Competitive dancers that are chosen need to train 6 or more hours a week, which is Unlimited Dance.   The requirements are: Ballet class 2 times per week, Stretch & Strength, Company Jazz, Technique, and your choice of Tumbling, Tap, Musical Theater or Hip Hop. Company members have numerous opportunities to perform,  train with master teachers, and compete at Regional and National levels.  There may be extra company fees if students are in solos, duets, trios, small groups and production fees.  The studio may have extra practices called Company days on various Saturdays.  The fees will be posted when Company dancers get their yearly agenda.  Company students will perform at the annual recital in June of each year.


Acro-Gymnastics Team: Students must have prior tumbling experience before trying Acro-Gymnastics.   Acro students will be paired as a base and a flyer. Attendance must be excellent each and every week in order to teach balancing and lifting techniques.   This class is meant for pairs that would like to train for several seasons.   We offer a beginner level so that students can learn the techniques and the proper terminology. Once we have trained a pair with the basic strengthening and balancing skills, they may be ready for Acro Team the year after. This Team is a performing team, and we have performed for several years on the Disney stage. Tumbling class must be taken along with Acro training to be in Beginner Acro or Acro Team. This class will perform in the annual June recital.


Drill Team   ( Performance Team ) : This team is a pom and jazz dance team that trains and performs at halftime shows for local schools, colleges and parades.  The dancers dance in unison working line changes, formations and pom poms. The music is upbeat, high energy and so is the routine.  The studio will order pom poms for this group once a routine and theme has been chosen.   The students must take ballet and technique along with The Drill Team Class in order to perform on the drill team.   We will have an extra rehearsal one Saturday a month for Drill Team, and the cost is $12.  The students will also perform in the annual June recital.


Itty Bitty Company:  This class is for students between the ages of 5 and 7 that want to take 2 or more hours of dance per week and would like to compete at 2 local competitions during the season.  The student must take Itty Bitty Company class and one other class that is a combination class including ballet, or one hour of primary ballet.   Students must audition for this class, and attendance must be excellent throughout the year.  We will have Company day one Saturday a month for all Competitive students and there will be an extra fee of $12 on Company day for the rehearsal time.  Itty Bitty Company dancers will appear in the Gilbert Days Parade.  This class will also perform in the annual June recital
